Answers before the first call

We answer the questions that most often affect the decision: platforms, FBO/FBS, volume, cost, timelines, inventory, defects and documents.

Which marketplaces do you support?

Wildberries, Ozon and Megamarket are currently confirmed. Other platforms should be checked during the estimate so that no unverified process is promised.

Do you support FBO and FBS?

We prepare goods for different marketplace dispatch models. The final FBO or FBS model is confirmed after reviewing platform requirements, volume, SKUs and the scope of operations.

What is the minimum batch size?

No minimum volume is specified in the confirmed project information. Provide the SKUs, unit count and sales channel, and a manager will confirm whether the batch can be handled.

How is the cost calculated?

Cost depends on SKUs, unit count, cartons or pallets, defect inspection, packaging, labelling, storage, Chestny ZNAK marking, dispatch channel and documents.

How long does product handling take?

A timeline cannot be fixed without a specification. It depends on volume, batch condition, inspection depth, labelling, packaging and platform or recipient requirements.

Can the goods be delivered directly from the supplier?

Yes. Warehouse operations can be connected to a MARLIN route from China or another shipment. Documents, packing list, SKUs and handling requirements should be provided in advance.

How is inventory controlled?

Inventory is recorded by batch, SKU and onward dispatch channel. The reporting format is agreed when work begins.

What happens when a defect is found?

Defects, damage and mis-sorts are recorded, after which the team agrees the next action with the client: hold, inspect further, repack or exclude from dispatch.

Do you handle returns?

Returns and claims are supported warehouse scenarios, but the process depends on the channel, condition of the goods and client requirements.

Which documents does the client receive?

The confirmed service scope includes a warehouse statement, labelling requirements, shipping documents and final documents. The final set depends on the project.
